  • We don't sell, swap or give away your personal information to others. Period. End of story. You can opt to receive promotional and highly entertaining emails from us but we will never sell your information to a third party. We don't want it done to us when we buy things online and we won't do it to you. We use certificates and only use Paypal online because of the security they provide our customers we do not ever have your credit card or bank account information so we couldn't store it even if we wanted to.

  • If the artwork you receive is damaged please contact us immediately, please save any damaged packaging. We will ship you a new piece of artwork as soon as the damaged one is returned to us at no cost to you. Damaged artwork will be replaced, we do not offer refunds for damaged artwork. Hard to believe it but once in a hundred years it could happen that after we have received a photo, done the artwork, gotten approval on the final proof and shipped it that a customer (gasp! sob sob) doesn't like it, what do we do? Because this is custom artwork and we have a proofing process prior to shipping we cannot accept full refund returns. We do offer a partial store credit upon receipt of the artwork being returned, the credits vary by cost so please contact us prior to sending the artwork back as once the artwork has been printed and shipped we cannot offer a full refund. We really do want our customers to be happy satisfied customers that's why we will keep the lines of communication open prior to shipping the artwork. We stress that customers should speak up in the proofing stage and make sure it is the way they want it before we print it and ship it. If there is a problem please contact us, you're a reasonable person - we're reasonable people, we can work out any problem together. A replacement or full refund will be given if the artwork received is not what was shown to you on the proof. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order for a full refund before we start working on it. If you cancel once we have begun working on it we will charge you the design fee but refund the printing and shipping costs. Once we have printed it you cannot cancel the order, it will be shipped to you. Since these are custom pieces we cannot restock and resell them.
